I play League for the same reasons, though normally I just queue ARAM. It's pretty good since it forcibly makes you concentrate on what you're doing in game. Trauma dumping on randos is kinda lame, but everyone has their thing. It's better than all the dickheads actively trolling and AFKing because you pinged them once.

I don't care that someone else is depressed when I have my own sh*t going on. Nobody gave a shat about me when I was having panic attacks every night (not that I really told many people anyway). Sometimes I still have them. But they're MY panic attacks. Not everyone else's panic attacks. Why make it their problem?

Sometimes you're so afraid of facing whatever triggered the panic attack that you end up venting to a bunch of randoms. You can't expect "rational thinking" from a person who's in the middle of a panic attack because a panic attack pushes you to do the complete opposite. I really, really, really hope you guys never get called "attention seekers" if you happen to vent to randos in a moment like this because that shit is really rough and it's one of the reasons why a lot of people choose to suffer in silence instead.

if you hold your q while ulting someone, you can often buffer the Q to follow the flash they do after! I learned this playing ww top a lot. But I will say sometimes the Q is buggy or has some weird buffer input and does not make you follow when you try to hold it on a target, like that time with veigar in this video around his cage...

That Cait was brutal. I think if you replaced your rageblade and terminus with Stride and trinity, for more health and move speed, but keep the attack speed, you could survive long enough to get to them. Could have used ninja tab too.

If straight-up removing the attack speed cap is too strong on lethal tempo they could try having it replace the hard-cap with a soft-cap, where attack speed gained beyond the cap has diminishing returns (attack speed gained beyond X-cap is reduced by 50% until hitting Y-cap, after which it is reduced by 75%)

Try new stuff. Go out to new places. Make an effort to make new friendships. Learn new things. This kinda stuff. But also, make an effort to change how you talk about yourself and how you talk about things - your worth can't be measured for things you do or don't do, you're just worth it period. Nothing is a waste of time/effort if it teaches you something - even if the thing you learned is just that you don't like doing that thing. In general just try to change your inner voice to more neutral and positive stuff instead of the negative that goes through your head all the time. It's gonna take time, and it's gonna take effort, but if you actually do your part, things get better.
