I went to the dumpster behind my Ulta and Torrid stores. All I found was dirty trash in water and a dead mouse in a mousetrap on top of everything. So much for my first try at Ulta! My friend finds lots of stuff there.

I went mid day (12-3 PM), a few cops passed by but none of them stopped or said anything. Most don’t care, depending on where you live

personally I go after they close, 10pm. I've been doing this for years and never approached by cops. They typically want to make sure you're not dumping your trash. I have 3 girls and haven't had to buy anything Beauty related in a very very long time. Keep in mind you need to learn how to identify which bags have items. none of mine have items just in the box

i’ve started diving recently (only been twice) and have been to three different ulta’s and each and every one destroys all their product! i’ve only found two products that were salvageable - a crayon eyeliner that was broke but both of the broken pieces were in the lid so i fixed it and a candle! everything else was destroyed unfortunately, i keep wanting to go and find better things but it hasn’t happened yet. i did find some cat litter at petsmart tho 👍🏼
