I went free-diving in the Philippines for the first time and never felt more free.
The past 10 years have been difficult, but I was able to free-dive and reach a personal record of 12 meters (equivalent to a 4 story building.)
I loved every moment and can't wait to go back. My instructor kept telling me,
"Relax," with a soft but strong exhale,
"it's all about relaxation and going slow - to go deeper."

Relaxation decreases overall stress. Chronic illness and chronic stress go hand in hand. Engage in activities that allow you to rest and relax while remaining an active participant of life.
Relaxation doesn't have to be sitting in bed or watching TV. You can relax while physically active. It is about your state of mind. Stay engaged. Stay relaxed.
