It lifted that easily because it was not actually dark brown. Your natural hair looks to be a level 5 which is medium brown and is easier to lift. It also looks to be fine, and the fact that it was virgin hair and lighter made it an easier lift. The level 10 blonde looks great on you. Very Kim Novak circa 1959 :-)

She had a bad dye job before and that's why she wanted to regrow. Now she has a special colorists that maintains the hair's health so it won't get damaged as much. It's all about how you treat the hair.

Yes....more. I too went from very dark brown to silver and I love it. Had never dyed my hair prior.....but, it does feel a bit dry. However, I LOVE IT!! Cut it into a pixie, due to having a 7 month migraine. And....no headache for 2 weeks, praise the Lord!!! Truly, praise him!!

Tracking my macros is the thing that will put me off eating super healthy. I'll think I can just wing it and it's always a shit show.
