i completely feel you on the cysts girl!! i just recently got diagnosed with endometriosis and had two cysts rupture a year apart. first time was intense and i had to go to the ER but the most recent time i just laid on the floor naked and crying and then my boyfriend got me my heating pad and took a nap with me and the pain went away. glad you’re feeling better!! ❤️

Your description about the cysts are unreal and spot on! Powering up 😂 yes when you feel them like you did, 99% of the time they’re rupturing. I get them constantly so I feel your pain. Hot water bottle and Motrin/ ibuprofen helps !

My ovarian cysts were always worse when I was on birth control. Doctors day it helps with them, but I have had less cysts off of birth control (my hubs is snipped) than I ever did on birth control. So I can really relate to this. Cyst pain is nothing to shake a stick at. I use to get them so bad in 2009 after my daughters birth that I would be at work (on the floor of a retail store) walking around bent over all day. Also I just treat the same way. Ibuprofen for pain and lots of bed rest. Another thing I noticed was when I let my bladder get too full it can activate the pain. So try not to let your bladder get over extended and it might help prevent pain flares.

Ovarian cyst!!!! Ugggghhhhh!!! I get them all the time!!!!!! My go to is ibuprofen and heating pads! I buy the disposable heating pads at the dollar store, the ones that are for ur back, I buy those and they are what help me get through the pain while I’m at work or running errands. Loving the vlogs!!! Keep em comin!!!

I used to get a lot of cysts as well and I went to a gynaecologist and we initially tried different meds and then when those didn't work I had to have surgery (D&C) to basically clean out my insides and since then life is SO much better!

Hi Katy! Sorry to hear that you get cysts, they are so awful. I get hemmoragic cysts that can grow to various sized fruit, and I also get them in little clusters. So I'd like to think I've mastered the pain management of a bursting cyst (though it is still unbearably painful regardless). I would highly recommend a form of painkiller that isn't just anti inflammatory, for the really bad nights. I take tramadol when it's very bad. Otherwise, I live off of heating pads, they help so much, and whenever I feel cramps starting, I always take a warm relaxing shower. It helps almost instantly to relieve tension and make it so much easier. Lastly, this one is not for squeamish people... as a person that suffers with endometriosis, pcos, ibs and the occasional sciatic pain, I've experienced horrible pain that has put me in the hospital unconscious. The biggest life saver for me in those moments is a high dose acetaminophen suppository. Weird, I know, but it works almost instantly and has honestly helped me in the scariest moments of my life. I hope at least one of these suggestions help you! You're a rockstar! Love you! 😘

I have been getting cysts for years as well. When I feel “the twitch” starting I take ibuprofen and hit the couch with a heating pad and a cup of hot tea. The heating pad helps a lot and the tea relaxes me. The pain is awful (I have been in the hospital for my cysts ) but the heating pad, ibuprofen and tea really help.
