they have to improve their QC. I have the 2020 facelift nexon and have already made good use of the extended warranty becuase i had to change the radiator fan, both front doors, steering column, AC cooling coil and all the four door latches during the last four years. Reliability and service are their biggest issues. i am not sure whether they care about customers

My tata altroz xza purchased on August 2023, 9 months old, 10k KM driven. Parts replaced since day 1: 1. Front viper blade and stalk 2. Fuel filler cap assembly 3. Infotainment screen base border plastic 4. Right B pillar trim 5. Rear parcel tray 6. Horn 7. Rear ac vent slider 8. Fuse box plastic panel 9. Weilding on C pillar roof joint internally. 10. Rubber insulation of rear right door. Still getting rattle and squeaks from left B pillar and dashboard on concrete roads of pune. Can this be assumed as a unfinished product and based on this put a case in consumer court for selling me an unfinished/defective product? Oh.. i forgot. I need money to fight with any judiciary system in India. I am not that rich. I will get used to the issues and believe that i am a truck driver.

Within 2 years the horn got faulty in a service. Next day went and water was removed from the horn. Working. Last service did saw air filter clean by air pressure.🤯

I am a ev user of tata. Do you know on videos they shownthe underrdoy battery cases are strong and even offroad or high obstacles path travelling shown in ads and vidoes.but do you know that many users are facing issues when they get underbody scratches and users asked to go to insurance saying the battery pack is damaged even for small scratches or peel off marks is highly like lying to public . So evs with unserbody has lots of issues and wires hanging out for nexon is prone to accidents and do you know how much it costs out of warranty? ​need to ask tata how do they evaluate thede or the sc are lying with us? How to get validation from tata regardkng the saftey precautions of battery which is managed by another vendors? Tata needs to say on it Why users dont get warranty and rather directed to insurance in many cases. Tell how does vattery gets affected if unserbody shell protection case gets scratches?

I am sure meri February 2024 Tata Punch me PCF quality check nahi hua hoga, kyu meri car ki halke fulke ghaddon me bhi ander se roof panel hil rha hai jaise, 20 saal purane Mahindra ki gaadiyon me se aati hai. TATA’s built quality and service quality is still highly questionable. ab to SBI wale bhi thoda zyada kaam karne lage hain.
