Its actually also a very smart way to do things. Reaction video generate MASSIVE views for very little editing effort very easily (i started a secondary reaction channel, first vid was not that good and got 14k without even promoting it, latest video was 50K+ and I had only 200 subs). So if you keep doing it, you can at some point build a small community that love your personality and then capitalise on it to go next level with quality videos and then reaching decent amount of views for a good start! Shun did super well in that sense, especially as his "quality videos" are great.
