I don't know if this information is useful to you right now but a normal Evo spino saddle give you 1 Ancient token cluster , all you got to do is breakdown an ascend saddle to get like 10 minimum (please like for Meola to see)

Meola: to make storage easier use the Omni Tool and make a preset for each of your storage locations then it's one click to transfer all your materials to one place, all your items that need a fridge into the fridge and all your trophies into another storage item. Teachers game too does a good tutorial on the s+ omni tool and how yo use the advanced transfer properly. And I've only seen one other you tuber use it properly since.

@mrmeola for my playthrough I just used regular dedicated storage. I think the CS mod version. All my items automatically sent to the dedicated storage when I touch the dedicated storage intake, or if Dino’s touch it, their inventory is sent to the storage as well. It’s not as nice as some other mods like omega for storage, but it works for this mod

Realize that debuf the Alpha rexy is doing is the broken bones debuff and you only take damage if you move. So getting hit then running around is why it's hurting you so badly.
