In Kuwait I used to go study with my friends & come back after praying Fajr!!! (We attend open classes then work then sleep till Isha) You have to watch out for those whom test the speed limit of their cars though~ I almost got fender bender by a cop car at an intersection his brakes are top notch! I would say safety is 9/10, I know if he hit me he would rush me to hospital at least

We even sent our kids to Saudi (not international) school, so they learn Arabic. Sometimes it's hard (we come from a very green and mild climate) but it's worth it.

In Riyadh Go to الثمامة and الخرارة it’s very nice to go with family and friends to camp and play with motorcycles and sand it’s nice in winter .. in summer south saudi is cold and green and have a lot of high mountains nice for summer vacation
