My mom would wash and style my hair weekly but I never styled my own hair. I was my hair weekly and my husband and two sons wash their hair daily. It’s surprising how products last around here 🤣👀. My boys are notorious for playing with the shampoo.

LOL.Try to keep it simple sis. You got this. Cleanse, Condition, Style, Seal, repeat. Caution buying large containers of products that once opened will not be used prior to expiration. Be safe.

Oh dear at overboard. What stopped me was a visit to the trichologists and looking at how products are chemically formulated from the back of the ingredients list. I have been using the same product brands for nearly 10 years. Aphoghee, Creme of nature Shea moisture. Aveda and Cantu. In the last 4 years I've added Olaplex as a bond builder only. As I am and Camille Rose because they often go on sale and I can find them easier In London if the other brands are out of stock. Lol@back up and that's what I'm telling myself as an excuse. Lol! My sister asked why I have so many deep conditioners......um because I deep condtion every week and I cannot run out......same with leave in detanglers and leave in conditioners which I use every day...I don't really use stylers like that personal preference and on recommendation by my trichologists for my scalp and hair type. Lol@ the dream wow terrible ingredients but I still wanna try it... girl...🤣😂😅 The science of black hair saved me!!! I love it. Every time my hair acts up I go back and read it. I have it on my kindle.

You are a real one ❤️. I can tell you really watched my video. Girl I am never running out of deep conditioner again. Before following the simple routine that damaged my hair, I was a deep conditioner junkie. I had quite a bit of deep conditioners and my hair was so soft. I rarely used gels so we back to basics. I am content, and happy to start my journey . Funny enough the stylist I went to prior who practiced this routine that ultimately damaged my hair is a practicing Trichologist😅. From being natural and caring for my hair by myself and just going to get cuts From a stylist I have never damaged my hair so I am back to putting the health of my hair in my own hands. Yes that WOW had terrible ingredients 😩. Lol your comment is holding me accountable to the point I may just return it🙈.

Sometimes I use bad products and sometimes I cut a lot off my hair by myself. sometimes I go to the wrong stylist cause my stylist went on holiday. I wanna tell him never go on holiday again. Lol!🤣 The compromise is He goes on holiday, I cut my own ends and when he comes back he fixes. He has to fix my hair in 2 weeks because I've been naughty and wearing braids and gone nearly 6 months without a trim. Lol! The trichologists already fixed my scalp and gave me a steam treatement on the scalp and on the hair for £75/near $75. Yeah it came to my attention that trichologists in the UK and USA have completely different methods and certifications.🙈 This is why we are all confused. It's a few weeks course in the USA. It's 2.5 years in the UK and you actually have to work in a clinic not a salon!!
