I love the idea of this but in my opinion its very property (and access) specific, doesnt save a huge amount of time and takes longer to set up than a scaff tower. Plus the cost makes this extremely unobtainable for most. Hopefully they can scale this up to make it more affordable.

@@ionicsystemsUK completely understand that in certain situations it’s would save some time but the time factors and labour saving is certainly outweighed by the cost. It’s just my opinion and I don’t do hundred of roofs a year but if you did then I’m sure it’s defiantly worth the investment. All I’m saying is for almost all the roofs I’d completed this year you wouldn’t have been able to clean the sides due to access issues so it would mean either bring a tower and an additinal staff member as well as the kit, it doesn’t make sense to me based on the jobs iv completed but I’m sure for some it would be a great investment 👍👍

It’s amazing how some companies don’t know or don’t care that they are damaging their customers roofs. Are they cleaner? Yes, but applying pressure especially with turbo nozzles is 100% significantly shorting the roof’s lifespan. The granules on the shingles are there to protect the roof. They are not on there for decoration purposes. The roof manufacturing companies and siding companies all have the same cleaning recommendations. Where I live you would instantly lose any warranty if you clean using this method. Applying pressure like this will remove at least half of the granules and loosen most of the rest. When you have moss or lichen have roots so when you blast them off then it should be common sense what is coming off as well. If you educate yourself and put your pride to the side then educate yourself on the proper use of soft washing and allowing chemicals to do the work. Doing this will kill all the algae, mold and moss then it not only is done much more effectively and efficiently it will also stay cleaned for at least 2-3 years longer without damaging the roof since the all the algae is eliminated not just what you but what you don’t see. You apply your house cleaning solution with a low pressure (no more than 300 psi) and after allowing the cleaning solution time to dwell you can rinse it off after everything is killed by using a low pressure to rinse it off or have Mother Nature to do the rinsing. Roofs are not concrete so hopefully some of you will have an open mind and learn the proper ways. I’m not selling anything but instead hoping for some of you to learn the proper methods of cleaning exterior surfaces.

In My honest opinion there's no way your cleaning a roof that quick. The Clean up alone takes a couple of hours, with Gutters, Facias, footpaths and Windows. The tower for me is much better for roof cleaning as you can take of the brunt of the moss and follow with Biocide treatment that has to be dry to apply for best results. It's not all about how quick you can clean a roof. It seems all too rushed. I think if your powerwashing roofs your opening up a can of worms , yes some roofs lightly pressure washed but with neighbours next door and spray going everywhere it's not for me. Just my opinion.

The chemical he used is barely having any effect. Using the correct dilution ratio and the correct chemicals and surfactants you will see the moss turn white and then it will start turning brown. When it turns brown it’s ready to come down.
