Really glad that I found this vid! Three weeks ago (21/04) I also went on an Oregairu pilgrimage and made it to: -Kasai Rinkai Park Glass Building -Tokyo Sea Life Park -Chibashi Takasu Community Center -Chiba Municipal Inage Senior High -Surf Ocean Terrace -Genuine Bridge Unfortunately, I was pressed for time since I'd planned for only a day trip to Chiba so I missed some spots and activities, including Chiba Station, the Mihama Bridge (hiratsuka sensei best fite me) as well as getting a ride at the Ferris wheel, and the Anime88 Oregairu stamp. Definitely looking forward to going back for a second try!

I remember saw a blog a while back someone leave a print out of the screen cap of Yui crying at the location. I looks like its a bit father down then the vending machine. And the baseball batting center have a print out of sensai on the seats.
