I made briyini somewhere last year. I didnt use basmati, I used yasmine. And I mistakenly cooked it soft..I mean the rice. Although its was nice but I felt like I failed. But the funny thing is we finished everything. Editing that video too is a problem. Asem oo. Looks really delicious. ❤
