Mike, the guy in the bowl Lacey put in the cursed recipe is her uncle, or at least that's what is highly theorized, it is theorized that she (Lacey) sees her family as pigs, and her uncle is very likely to be the worst one in her family most likely because she was sexually assaulted based on the way she talked about him. the bad dog had a face of her uncle on it, and based on everything i've seen, it seems like her uncle was watching her under her bed and she was very well aware and ended up killing him and hiding him under the bed. what about the pet shop thing? well. it's probably the actual nightmare. she probably woke up when she was actually in her home. though that wouldn't make too much sense considering that she was on the doorstep. she passed out on the 2nd room and that was probably what made her think she was dreaming. but this is only the theory, nothing is really officially confirmed yet, i can only gather the storylines from different videos and put them together, though the information might be distorted since nothing really makes sense yet.

HMM i think the second cofounder mentioned by grace basically inserted herself into the laceygames (the video of her being connected/tied up to cords). she had been through some really horrible things as a child (abusive uncle who... "deflowered" her, imagery of the pigs eating flowers and allat, who also kept her in that cage. while she eventually got used to her mistreatment, she couldn't handle him hurting and killing her pet dog, she snapped and killed him through skinning) and made up lacey as a way to cope and distance herself from her trauma. the more games she made, the more she saw herself in lacey and wanted to be her, a normal teenage girl who goes shopping with friends, has fun at work, has a cute boyfriend, can go outside and dress however she wants, there is no pain only cutesy pastel teen girl dreams. she isn't coping in real life. but in laceygames, she's happy. she somehow BECOMES lacey, hoping to finally escape her trauma and misery, but unfortunately it came with her. trauma doesn't just disappear. and now it haunts laceygames. but that's just a game theory or whatever you kiddins say + LOVE THE AESTHETIC i remember playing these kinda games as a young girl (minus the Terrors... maybe) it just... ough
