I understand where you’re coming from but Chloe is a professional you tuber and when she says she’s going to give tips and tricks from a professional/celebrity makeup artist she should have been more prepared to give precise details. I think the theory behind a light hand is you allow the product to be pulled and sit on the face instead of the product being pushed and spread unevenly on the face. I did nails for 10 years and if you set the product on the nail and just pulled it with your brush it was a much more even application. This especially worked well if you did a french manicure. The white polish wanted to streak if you had a heavy hand. When I was trained they said let the product just be pulled instead of pushed. To this day I have a light hand with make up or polish bc it stuck with me!

Some of the comments, quite rightly, are from frustrated people who are, you know, frustrated! with the lack of planning and effort that went into this video. i remember you mentioning you have ADHD and i do too, and that whole getting excited and carried away with a hyperfocus and giving something a go and having it not perfect on the first go is one of the worst feelings in the world & the self shaming and hate with ADHD is so intense due to the rejection dysphoria. my heart sunk for you when you nearly cried. i've been there, doing the exact same thing, make up. i usually end up cracking it and ruining the makeup as a whole and you still perservered through it, pulled the look together and looked perfect at the end. i am proud of you and you inspire me.

So many hate comments Jesus Christ. If you've ever sat in a master class it's incredibly hard to dot down notes and watch the actually class at the same time. Even harder when it's a full class. To then upload a full video of her replicating the look with her own take on it for us to enjoy and take tips from. Can't believe how spiteful people are being. Angelina Taylor When I have been in difficult classes, I would record the class so I wouldn't miss nothing even take my laptop and video record if I could, and major key points are to take notes as fast as u can (major Key importants). If it's visual like nursing, you have to visually remember what they did in front of you; voice record on the phone and look. Not going lie kinda bothered if she said "I think and I think" (constructive criticism). For instance, she forgot entire step and/or she didn't know if he lightly brushed with powder before baking she was already confusing me: that she could've put easily on her notes writing lightly brush powder b4 bake .. if not next time, voice record everything. That's what I do. If I want to be acing to the T and I check my notes before I start recording my video about it. In the beginning she did good, but towards the middle until the end, it stumbled. She did good naming the brands, however just need to be sure with each step instead saying " I think" contiously because it throws people off. People won't really follow when you yourself feel uncertain about something your doing.
