I Went To See Some Affordable Houses For Sale In Kisaju - Mwalimu Kisaju Park

I went to see some affordable Houses in Kisaju - a 22 Km from Kitengela CBD. Join me on a VLOG like tour of these homes. Ranging from my favourite 1.9 Million Shilling Apartment all the way up to 6.2 Million for a Masionette - these houses could be a good investment.
Considering the upgrade of Mombasa Road and the crazy costs of apartments, for the budding investor this could be a good place to start.

Amenities in the area area will have to be found at Kitengela town which include a Naivas and a Tuskys Supermarket. Banks and ATM's can also be found also in Kitengela Town.
Schools in the area include Kitengela International School, Naisula School, Kauti School et al.

There should be some restrictions on how many units can be air bnb, rented etc. We need to encourage home ownership in Kenya. Big complexes where majority are renters or tourist doesn't make for a good community.

Karibu Mary. Thanks for the SUB. Kisaju is a huge estate. 800 homes. Few are occupied though. They've set up a security system with guards full time on the property. Also the road to the place from the highway has Cabro and the general area is not deserted. I believe its a decent security set up.
