Elena PSU yes all of this is true!! this has got all the real makeup artist triggered😂 the gum chewing was also really unprofessional. in makeup school we were taught to only use breath sprays and breath mints, NOBODY wants to listen or look at gum chewing, especially at close proximity. I use gel liners as well just because you are able to scoop them out of the container on to a palette and keep everything hygienic... if i do use liquid liner I spill it out on my palette and use a different brush.

The makeup is really pretty and all but imho, this was not a fair comparison. The other girl didn't know she was being filmed. This one did, so how can we really know if this was an honest thing. The makeup looks SO much better than last time, and it’s undeniable that she has talent. However, as a makeup artist myself, she definitely wasn’t very sanitary. You should NEVER put the wands of the products straight onto the clients face, unless you’re gifting them that product and not using it on anyone else.

Trix you can sanitize palettes, powder compacts, and lip liners, but there’s no such thing as “cleaning” a concealer wand, lipstick, or felt tip eyeliner after you’ve used it on someone and/or dipped the wand back into the product. At that point, it’s completely contaminated and unsanitary to use on anyone else. If you’re a professional makeup artist, you know these sanitation practices. Use disposable mascara wands, disposable lip wands, gel liners and other liquid products where you’re able to scoop the product out onto a palette then apply with clean brush, etc.

The concealer straight from the bottleeeeeee oh god. She was wayyyy better than the other one in terms of sanitation but you cannot use things straight from the container get them on a metal palette and use it from there. For example she should’ve used a tissue to put the setting powder and pick it up there ‘cause you are taking bacteria and makeup residue from other clients again and again using it straight from the container. But overall she did an excellent job. You still look like yourself (beautiful btw) and your skin looks AMAZING

Chewing gum is not good etiquette for a makeup artist.i think unfortunately she is still very inexperienced. Rather use mouth spray or a mint if you have bad breath. She still looks very young but the makeup is okay better than the other one. But the GUM !!!! has got to go....

@@kichi555 yes I am a professional and unfortunately their are loads of things she could of done better in the application etc and unfortunately those colors dull her out.and looks about muddy. She has such an amazing face for makeup. Its just my thoughts but everyone has their own opinions. O and one more thing in order to get easier application of the eyeshadow use the bottom part of the brush handle to grip on to.not the top as it restricts your wrist movement for blending etc.

I am by no means a professional but as a client I would be feeling very uncomfortable having someone chew gum so close to my face (social anxiety would prevent me from telling the artist, especially since she seems so sweet). If anything, those looked like cheap products so I hope the makeup artist bought them new and the client paid for them and kept afterwards. It's much more hygienic than using one product for multiple people.
