There are non hot spicy foods in kerala , you are not familiar yet, but mostly it get as one dish only in the houses. I will name some of the non hot foods in kerala, dosa/ idly with coconut chamanthi ,2 appam/idi appam/putt with stew. Dishes 1 aviyal,2 mor,3 cucumber mor curry, 4, mappas,6pulisseri, 7pachadi, 8vella chammandi. 9, fish Nirvana.

@@travelwithmoana19 if you used to few months only spicy you can but there are non hot foods in kerala. Try masala dosa , also veg meal is mild hotexcept using sambar curry, also potato (kizhang curry) veg curry yellow is not hot spicy.

You are in India you should visit ancient temples architectural marvels like ellora caves, Humpi town in Karnataka and more ancient temples and in Kerala you should visit all the amazing netural scenes Kerala is really beautiful but you aren't exploring

You should visit these 3 regions -ladakh -Sikkim -lahul spiti in Himachal pradesh. These regions have an asian appearance so it would be interesting for you. There are 7 more asian looking states in North east india but they are not very developed and safe unlike these states I mentioned. For the rest you should visit the state Rajasthan. Udaipur city in rajasthan is amazing.
