Maybe she's better than some others in the series, but the hygiene levels were still bad. That mascara made me cringe, she obviously uses the same wand on every client. The pumping air into the tube is awful too, not only does it dry out the mascara but it gives the bacteria in the tube extra oxygen. YUCK.

She used a highlight and contour palette under the eyes, down the nose, on the forehead and on the chin. That was also a really glittery highlight designed for use where you’d use powder highlight. It totally wasn’t a concealer in a lighter colour to brighten the high points of the face. I think she realised the mistake and tried to correct with concealer, but by that point, the whole face was just too glittery and detracted from everything else. The contour down the nose actually wasn’t close enough and made the nose look wider, it should have been a lot narrower. Also absence of bronzer to tone down and blend contour and absence of blusher so she looked washed out. Why oh why does every make up artist she goes to use that neon old style pink lipstick. A Nude or browner red would have worked much better. I know I’m critical, and she’s working with few supplies, but some of the basics are missing. I mean she had highlighter but didn’t use it where it should be used. If you only have 1 thing, bronzer is better than contour as it can create a much softer contour and be more easy to blend. Even a cheap brush set would be preferable over the tools she’s using, but that highlight could have been put on the back of her hand and gently placed on the high points of the cheeks and nose without putting globs on in the wrong places. It’s a pity, because she actually did a wing with a pencil eye liner, that in itself takes some skill to get a decent line, so she could be good, with training and the right tools.
