By the way I've still been working on getting my energy levels up and a walk in the afternoon helps beat the slump if that's something you would do. LBD is a great term. But I gotta tell ya, as someone who suffers time to time with almost exactly what you described about not wanting to fulfill your obligations, it is brutal if you have a 9 to 5. I gotta get up early even though I barely slept the previous night, and make myself go to an office I don't wanna be in. Thankfully my job isn't stressful at all, but the mere act of going and confining yourself to a building for 9 hours is draining.

I am soooo glad you reviewed those Honey Deuces from US Open! I almost went this year, but had no other tennis friends to come with me. Tennis is literally the only way I will do cardio.
