New builds dont do as much bricks its normally timber frame, cavity then a facing brick you are just too good my man gerry fae glasgow joiner/instructer

Cheers gerry. Appreciated. Around this area it is very developer specific. Bellway , bloors , and persimmons are still brick and block. But the others are starting to change to timber frame. Not good for the brick layers as the money is in the blockwork most of the times . I much prefer private builds. The big bad wolf won't blow them down 🤣🤣
