We ate Pad krapao musap, which Thai people eat every day, and Kao Soi, the representative food of Chiang Mai😄 It's so delicious that I keep thinking about it...🥲 What should I do?
The condiment that locals normally add in Pad krapao (stir-fried Thai holy basil) is Prik Nampla (fish sauce with chopped chili), it will enhance the flavor of the dish to another level. Anyhow, it’s totally up to your preference, try put in a little bit first since the fish sauce itself is salty. Enjoy the meals!
Pad-ka-pow has chili and fish sauce. Pad Thai has lime, beans, and chili. Khao Soi has lime and all vegetables they give.🤤🤟🙏🇹🇭😁

Pad-thai has piece of lime(squeez on the noodle), dry beans powder, dry chilly powder Khao-Soi has piece of lime(squeezed), all vegetables and oil chilly(it's super hot, take care)
After watching the video, I want to fly to Chiang Mai right now. The roasted pork looks crispy and very tempting to try.

I love how two of you are very lively and open to various types of food. Next time please try dipping the sticky rice in sauces (even Somtum sauce), that will make it even more flavorful. By the way, the first restaurant’s name is Pa Tun (Aunty Tun), not Martin. I know Thai fonts are tricky. For Pad Kaprao, if it’s already tasty for you, no need to add any sauce. But if you wanna try, every Pad Kaprao restaurant has this clear, brownish sauce called ‘Nam Pla Prig’ (a mix of fish sauce and sliced chilli, and sometimes lime). Add this on top of your fried egg, and you’ll find something different.

볶음밥 또는 카레(매운 밥, 볶음밥, 카레라이스) 태국인들은 칠리 피쉬 소스(피쉬 소스를 혼합한 생선 소스를 소금으로 발효시켜 생선 소스를 만드는 것)를 얹는 것을 좋아합니다,양념으로 고추 생선 소스에 첨가되어 매콤하고 향긋한 맛을 향상시킵니다, 얇게 썬 샬롯이나 마늘 생선 소스에 부드러움을 더하려면 그리고 액젓에 라임즙을 넣어 새콤달콤한 향을 더해줍니다) 음식을 주문한 레스토랑에 칠리액젓을 요청하실 수 있습니다, 대부분 매장마다 다 있어요, 하지만 재료가 약간 다르고, 시도해볼 요리가 더 많습니다

For Pad-Kra-Pao dish, normally We Thai will add some fish sauce with chili. For Khao-Soi, They gave you a slice of shallots, lime (Squeezed into the bowl), and pickles, if you add all things into the bowl, your eyes will open wide. 😅😂🥰😍(For me I will add some more of their ground chili as well 🤩🥰) Because mostly the vinegar we will add in the pork/beef of Thai noodles. for the next menu, I recommend you guys try the local dishes, they have so many good menus.
About Kaosoi, try put everything in that small blue dish with it next time. Your Kaosoi would be 3000x delicious. Sour from lime is better than vinegar (vinegar is for Kuitiew). Spicy from fried chilly (the black one). Sugar can be added if need. Welcome to Thailand, cheers.
I'm really glad that you enjoy thai food so much🥰 Here is basic guide to Thai sauces~ 1. Chili flakes, sugar, vinegar and fish sauce - These 4 buddies always are on the table in bundle which you can put them in noodles, fried noodles, porridge or any clear-soup food with plain taste. 2. Lime - It's always come with fried rice, pad thai and khao soi. 3. Pickled chili in fish sauce - for fried rice, any menu with rice or 덮밥. So good with fried egg. 4. Sweet chili sauce - the sauce that contains chili and syrup, you can dip it with deep fried or grilled chicken. 5. Spicy sour sauce - the dark color sauce that contains fish sauce, chili flakes and lime. For grilled beef, pork or chicken. You can even dip it with sticky rice. Anyway, pls feel free to season your food as you like. There's no exactly right or wrong as long as you enjoy it. Hope you have a great time in Thailand.🫶
Small Correction. 0:45 Martin Kitchen is actually Par-Tun Kitchen when you read from the signage at the front in Thai. It means aunt Tun. The full name is Krua-Pra-Tun = Aunt Tun's Kitchen. Second Restaurant, 17:05 Khaow sao, Thais normally add lime juice instead of vinegar and also we add slice red onion, fermented vegetables that served in a small plate nearby into Khaow sao also. And for beef noodle, we add it's special vinegar that looks black-green sauce and not the clear vinegar you added. These are no right or wrong, it is entirely optional and up to each person taste. 28:10, I can't see a good view of the sauce, maybe either Nam Jim Jaew sauce or maybe Tamarine sauce. Please allow me to recommend the correct way to eat Khao Soi for both of you as follows. First of all, pickled vegetables and shallots that the restaurant provided in a small cup must be poured into a bowl of Khao Soi first. And finally, followed by squeezing lemon into the end. Then stir all the ingredients together. then can eat All these steps are seasoned to cut the greasyness from the coconut milk curry in the Khao Soi bowl.

When you having a Khao Soi (Northern Thai Noodles) they usually serve with condiments; lime, red onion and picked cabbage. Normally, Northern Thais don't put vinegar in Khao Soi, they put lime and picked for sourness, and little bit sugar for sweetness.
