Normally we add the beaten egg when the broth start to boil. Egg make the broth taste much better. The dark green vegetable that you put in the pot at the begining is fresh morning glory which you love when they are stir fried. For Suki, we normally add the sauce in to the bowl and mixed before eat.
From what I saw in the video. This restaurant is a big one in CM but serve just a normal Jimjum. The speciality of Jimjum are the herby soup seasoned with special ingredients that makes the broth has uniquely aromatic Thai - Esan taste and the sauce which is made of many local herbs. The sauce they have, is just a Sukiyaki sauce. It’s a version of an adapted Jimjum really. I’ve one restaurant that I always go to eat Jimjum. It’s Ko Khun Po Yang Kam on Nuanchan rd., BKK . The another original level of Jimjum that I ever eaten in my Bangkokian life. Even recently their Jimjum has changed a little bit in term of the broth’s intensity. But still it’s good enough to be a proper Jimjum compares to the other Jimjum restaurants in BKK. Of course Jimjum in many restaurants might deliver you a good experience of Thai food eating. But if you can find an original version, it will be a difference. Hope you enjoy Thai food naka. Sorry for my previous comment on a Thai cooking class video that I spoke too much straight. If you had a good time there, it’s all good to you no matter how they present wrong info.

Thank you for your kind explanation 🥰 We will go to Bangkok next time and we will try jjimjjjjjjjjim at that restaurant!👏❤️
The long vegetable you asked about in the beginning is morning glory. Do you often eat morning glory stir-fry? Jim Jum soup was Jinyoung Got7's favorite when he came to Thailand.
This Korean couple ate delicious Thai food and was happy. After seeing it, I wanted to go eat some.❤😊

Awwww you guys are so cute when you guys try to speak thai haha. Thank you for trying to learn the language, it definitely would help you enjoy thailand more!
We recommend eating Jim Jum. We recommend ordering pork and adding eggs to increase the deliciousness. And if you want the sukiyaki to be more delicious, we recommend pouring all the sauce into the sukiyaki bowl to good taste . Enjoy naka…I have been following your channel for a long time and really like you guys.😊😊😊
Next time you have to try to pour a sauce into the Suki Nam, it might be better 😊 However, I love that you alway discover to try new things. Can't wait for the next video ❤️
Most Thai people like to eat Mookrata and Shabu more than JimJum. The shabu that is very popular right now is Suki Teenoi restaurant. And to eat suki on one dish, you have to mix the sauce with suki stir and eat. You can eat the way you eat, nothing wrong, but most Thai people don't eat like that.
Normally, Thai people go to eat jim jum. Many people will go eat together. When having an appointment with friends or relatives Eating with many people will be even more fun. Drinking beer will be great. 🤣🤣🤣

Welcome back to travel to Thailand again. I would like to make you the prince and princess of Thai food. Very cute and looks very natural.🥰🙏
"Jim" means dip in sauce. "Joom" means dip in broth. together means " dip in broth to cook then dip in the sauce because eating. That's why the pot is small because we don't cook the meat and veg all at once but cook piece by piece as we eat.
