@ hindsight 20/20. For cuatro estaciones I would not have presold anything. Perhaps maybe not even had built it. Just held the land and sold it last year. Also we would have had a tighter contract that gave us more power to rescind for the 10 purchasers refusing to pay their contractually obligated maintenance fees. .

@@bucerias_Joel yes if you had the capital initially to build without pre-sales or purchase the lot only outright that would be the prudent move. unfortunately many builder developers offer presale as a way to help finance their project. I'm sure most if not all would prefer to avoid presales and all that goes with it. thanks for the response and best of luck going forward, very little is easy in this life.
