Worth remembering that Titi can't bounce Hullbreaker Horror. Faced an opponent in RCQ with Neoform that fetched Atraxa instead of Horror and was thankful for him missing that detail.

Recently started playing phoenixes, first fnm was 3-1. Deck was fun. Now I am watching this tutorial, and realized why I lost this one against atarka.

I'm learning this deck so thanks for the insightful video! What do you think about the UB phoenix lists showing up compared to UR?
@kanister9 ай бұрын
I prefer UR, because I like playing Phoenix like a combo deck

What are your thoughts on 17 lands + 2 spikefields VS 18 lands + 1 spikefield?
@kanister Жыл бұрын
I would prefer to stay with 18 blue even if I added extra spikefields - red mana can be pretty hard to ise in some hands

Sure, why not! Having a guide you can follow should make it easier at first.

Thanks for the great video! What are your thoughts on prankster over/additionally to pieces?
@kanister11 ай бұрын
Haven’t come around to giving it a go, but it seems solid, althought weaker at assembling the time walk combo and hard to play alongside pieces…

Hi! Like your guide and list, and wanna try it. But in my community we have 2 RB midrange, Greasefang, UW control, Boros Heroic and RB sacrifice. Is it ok playing 2 extra turns in main deck against this meta?
@kanister Жыл бұрын
If that’s all the players then maybe 4 Cruise 1 Trespass would be preferable!

Hey, very ok video. At the end you said that you stream regularly, do you have something like schedule that you follow so your viewers can always expect the stream more or less the same time? Thanks and goodluck!!!
@kanister Жыл бұрын
Very good question! Currently my schedule is in kind of a turmoil, but I will make sure it’s easily accesible once it solidifies again!

it is not game over but forces you to sequence differently and plan several turns ahead since the deck is over 50% non-creature spells

What does saheeli do? I get that its creates tokens but how do you use its -2 effectively? And can't you only use it twice then its done?
@kanister Жыл бұрын
Creating tokens is the main ability of Saheeli! -2 can be used to turn a Servo into a Drake or Arclight Phoenix (like you see when I talk about Saheeli) to push some extra damage, but that's minor and not used all that often
