I Wired My 3 Bedroom House and Almost Failed Inspection! Here’s What I Learned!
I am not an electrician but I pretend to be on You tube! 😂 ha. I wired my whole entire 3 bed 2 bath house and switched the whole house from gas to electric! I almost failed the inspection but I was able to pull through and pass the inspection.

Generally there are two inspections, right? "The first is called the rough-in inspection. This takes place when you have installed all of the electrical boxes, cables, conduit, and wires to the point that you are ready for the walls to be closed up by surfaces, so that the inspector has a clear view of all of the wire runs from service panel to fixtures and appliances." How was a rough-in inspection possible, when most of the walls are closed already, but the wire runs to the service panel were not completed? Also I see some open walls were the wires do not seem to have been clipped to the studs at the required spacing (about 1' and then every 4'). Also, you will still have a final electrical inspection, when the house is finished, right?

Yes sir, and the final will be the end inspection. Checking anything and everything. All outlets for proper grounding. Any noticeable problems or not to code issues.

Guys as a 30 yr electrician please don't do this electrical wiring is the only thing in your house that can kill you cut corners any place except a house fire in the middle of the night with your children sleeping is not worth saving a couple hundred dollars

Yes I totally agree. If you don’t know what your doing absolutely don’t do it. It’s not worth it.
