Listening to respond is a Nigerian disease, I tell my subordinates at work especially when it's appraisal season. Listen, take feed back especially when it's given constructively. Don't just hear, LISTEN. Listen, internalise be introspective. It's my zero years o, still trusting God but my good friend sent this to me propheticlly. She said as she was watching, I came to her mind and she said God knows why, so here I am saying though it's Oct2024, there is still a lot of time for God to do it😁😁❤️❤️
