The majority of the counters here have been Ults, you usually won't have ult when their Jeff Ults. and the Thor one is very inconsistent, unless it was fixed in a patch. I've gotten sallowed in multiple instances when I was in the apex of the ult. Jeff is so bad and his round head hitbox makes him get 2-3 always but the ultimates have still made me lose some GM games.

Cloak and Dagger doesn't need to waste their ULT to survive jeff... Just use Cloak's "Dark Teleportation" ability (I believe it's RIGHT click). It makes you and your teammates completely invulnerable to damage and also invisible (Just make sure not to shoot while in it, or you end it early). One of my friends mains Cloak and Dagger, and I lost track of how many times he saved our team from a JEFF ult or any other ULT

Jeff's ult is a 10m sphere. SGs tail jump is 9m, so you either need to be off center, or you need to jump into it first.

Also, Peni's spidermine thing can kill him when he ults because it's just spitting out mines undisturbed and the build up is deadly. You can also overlap Namor's ult when Jeff attacks with his and release for the kill when he goes in to swallow much like you would do with the other Jeff attack. I've done both of these things and have one recorded (the Namor thing).

If it makes people feel better, a lot of these vertical escapes are actually brand new since the vertical hitbox of his ult got a major nerf. Thor in particular had a really bad time in Season 0 because his ult wasn't CC immune so he would fly up and Jeff would eat him anyway. Thank god for good game balancing.

There are a few that just have easier options. For example, Jeff can just dive and save his ult and Magneto's bubble makes the target CC immune. Basically, if you are CC immune, he is countered (CC immunity is the gold bar around the life bar)
