Don't think I've ever seen trout that size. Thanks for releasing them.

That boat stopping as soon as you caught that fish is the story of the fisherman on that river. 4 boats stopping for every 1 fish caught. Then wondering why they aren’t catching the same

It’s really refreshing to watch your videos because I really love this sport and it’s nice to see a KZbin channel present the sport in such a professional manner. I appreciate the respect you show for the sport of fishing👍

I caught a bunch of specs the Saturday before Christmas with a PB of 26" in the S. Branch of the Elizabeth River. Love seeing you in the kayak again.

Great video, Jesse, that was amazing that that many trout were migrating along with the current like that! What a fantastic day! Take care and be safe!

Awesome fish man! Your videos inspired me to get the livescope a couple years ago. It's awesome how quick our knowledge can grow from that thing. We've actually had several fish down here in NC that were tagged in VA just a week or two before and it shows. We get an identical bite of big trout holding pilings and the center of the channel in 30ft like that and when ours suspend more than 2-3ft off bottom they barely eat. Even live shrimp won't draw many bites so you're doing awesome to get that many on plastic.

Nice catch, Jesse. I tried Lynnhaven this week but looks like all the keepers moved to the river lol (or I was just able to found the small ones lol)

Hey Jesse, my name is DAN. I am a charter guide down in Savannah Georgia as well as a KZbin content creator. I have a 22 foot Sea Hunt Bay Boat and have just purchased a live scope+ system for it. I’m wanting to do the same pole and ram mount you did to your Key West Bay Boat, but I can’t seem to find that video on your channel. When you get time could you please Shoot me that link? Thank you for your time and I really enjoy your content … Dan

Any chance there's a better launching spot close by there? Best one I can find is a good couple mile paddle, its kept me from trying that spot.
