I was on a cruise when I was about 14 and it had stopped at an island for the day and somebody escaped from prison there at the same time. I honestly didn't think that much of it because it was just some rumour going around and our cruise ship departed that evening. I was snacking on some food at a buffet that almost nobody was in when I saw a staff member of the cruise ship very nervously putting bread rolls into a bag that a strange man was holding while saying "I really shouldn't be doing this... I could get into huge trouble... nobody can know that you're here." I went back to the pool area and mentioned it to my parents but they didn't really listen to me or take it seriously. But what I saw and overheard and just the vibes had been alarming to me
