Yo so if you haven't formatted the SD card yet with the lost footage send it to a data recovery center. The way SD cards function even if you delete a clip from the camera itself the information is still saved. The only way the clips are truly deleted is if you then go and record over that space which unless you completely filled the SD card it likely didn't happen since your recording in HD. Or if you fully format the SD card which erases everything at once. The reason it doesn't show up is your camera deletes the 'pathway' to view the information but if it isn't recorded over, data centers know how to repair those pathways and recover that footage. Also it looks like you guys are using a Sony A7siii which has dual card slots so you can record onto a backup SD card incase you don't want this to happen again. Use a second SD card to prevent this from happening on your next investigation. Also send that one SD card to get the video recovered. Unless you've used it since then which is likely since you guys have recorded more stuff since that night. If this ever happens again take the SD card out immediately, use a backup and send the card off to a lab. Hope this helps!

My house is haunted, the old neighbor was murdered and stuck around, and usually there will be small knocks and the occasional whisper, but this video really set him off. I mean, my fan kept turning off, my computer shut off, and my cat kept hissing at me while I watched the video. During Sam’s Estes method, there was a loud slam from my kitchen, and I found that the metal pots in the sink had dropped onto the floor. I truly hope you guys haven’t suffered any repercussions from this experience, whatever is there it’s powerful enough to upset another location.

Seeing how Matt removed himself thinking he was the problem because of his skin color is so heartbreaking. He was being so distant and quiet the rest of the video, it sucks how oblivious the rest of the group is when he’s trying to explain that him being black is the problem. I just want to give him the biggest hug ever I wish they would’ve noticed and comforted him and it’s just so heartbreaking I just hated seeing him remove himself from the room just from everyone so they can communicate to the ghosts. As a person who used to watch Matt’s videos, a lot of his “skin colour” jokes were.. intended to be a joke. It’s like apart of his humor in a way. I feel so bad for Matt, the fact that when he removed himself from the room and then the spirit (or entity or ghost) started talking more just breaks my heart. As a long time viewer, and remembering how the queen mary was one of if not the first sam and colby video I ever saw, this hit home. Since that day, the queen mary has been the top of my bucket list and to hear it's closing hurts a lot, but this video has given me closure and the evidence I needed to fully confirm that that ship is alive. There is no doubt about it. Thank you, sam and colby, for all 3 of those amazing videos you've put out about the queen mary. It will forever have a place in my heart.

To Sam and Colby: I stayed at the Queen Mary for two nights earlier this week. I had a ghost encounter at door 13 in the engine rooms. I was with my family which my dad has done many ghost stuff, very similar to what you guys do. We were doing a self guided tour so we were completely alone. No one was in the engine rooms besides my mom, my dad, and I and what happened was unexplainable. We had already been in there for about 30 minutes before we got any activity. It was silent and all we heard was the echoes of our voices. I walked into a room and instantly heard a loud metallic bang. Once again I hadn’t heard anything until I walked in the room. Nobody was walking that could’ve made that noise. My family and i remained still when we heard it again. My dad asked if anyone was there. Instantly another bang. That’s when I realized I was at door 13. Where John died. I asked if it was John and then again another bang. I told my family what happened to john (which I learned from your video that I watched before I went) and it all matched up. That’s not the end of it. My mom took her phone out and even off camera we asked things or said things that made the banging continue. On the video on my moms phone, we caught an orb exactly where she said she thought the noise was coming from. Then the lights started to flicker. We didn’t hear a reply for a while so we left. Whatever it was, I felt no sense of negative energy but the whole time, I did have the sense someone was watching me.
