Glad you're loving the food mate - can't wait to see your Durian review 🤣 There's no beans in this dish (like the snake beans in Chicken Chilli Basil), it's all the one plant. The tubular bits are the long hollow stems. The natural combo of chilli, garlic, soybean paste and good old oyster sauce make this dish so good. Who doesn't love a Morning Glory every day?

hi DJ love that you are reading comments and trying new things, its very interesting to see a westerner trying asian foods and seeing their reaction, you are almost around halfway through the asian main green leaf checklist to try. Theres an asian equivalant to broccoli called Kai Lan, thers also dau miu (pea shoots), and the more commonly known ones like choy sum, bok choi, mustard greens (which you can also have as a salted picked version) I personally would like to see you try bitter melon maybe some lotus root

For anyone in the UK who isn't aware, you can buy this veg from Asian supermarkets. Expensive but worth a try if you like your greens. Really easy to do a quick stir fry too.

DJ you are now looking so relaxed😀 Morning Glory is fab on both counts, good for u doing spicy in the morning I live next door in Malaysia and spicy breakies are great, especially after a few the night before😀🤪 It looks like ur chopsticks can be broken at the blunt end at the top, if so the bits can be used to rest the sticks between bites!! You can see morning glory stir-fry get thrown up high into the air and then caught by someone else with a plate in some restaurant in Pattaya lol. Stir Fried Morning glory goes well with soft-boiled rice.

Morning glory ain't one of those for years, never been to the far east . Looked really appetizing . Closest to having a spicy breakfast is the night before left overs . Indian, Chinese , Jamaican . Reheat a kebab when you're a bit not fully aware. Lol

My local Thai cafe does morning glory and whilst we’ve tried most of the menu lol we’ve not tried that yet ! I’d imagine it will be nice as this place does the most amazing Thai food I’ve ever had at any restaurant anywhere. And it’s just a small cafe and takeaway ! I did tell your old pal the master to try it several times but as usual he ignores you and does another spoons crap and moans about it, after driving there in his Ev and moans about that too 😂
