In 2023 before I stopped playing I was watching Harstem IODIS and just matches in general and I had an idea to always send an observer patrol both corners of the map: from one corner to the main, to the other corner and back. Not from the start, but like after second base is fully saturated. Not a big investment, but could provide good info. Also, in PiG's B2GM he recommended to send zealots to different bases, so you don't miss a base. I did that and I caught a few hidden bases like that when the opponent's main and natural was too dry.

[SPOILER] As for your comment about whether this content was good: I really enjoyed watching this 2 part series a lot but I agree if you did a vid like this more than once every couple of months max I probably wouldn't watch that many. What I liked about it was the emotional backstory / context and how this fit into your mental narrative. Also some really cool games where Iearnt a lot about keeping composure during pressure. It was also perfect that you faced game after game of cheeses and timing pushes to end with a nearly 1hr epic saga to earn your 10th win. Kind of wrote itself!

oh another few good green cards i have that are in my "elf deck" are the following: 1G Warden of the Fire Tree have 2 but one is english and one is in japanese => CMC 1G -> 1/1 ... 1colorless1(W/G) = warden of the first tree becomes a human warrior with base power/toughness of 3/3 => 2colorless2(W/G) = if warden is a warrior, it becomes a human spirit warrior with trample an lifelink => 3colorless3(W/G) = if warden is a spirit, put 5 +1/+1 counters on it essentially it would be a Human, Warrior, Spirit with Trample, Linklife and 8/8 by the end of buffing from turn 1 drop. wish i had 4. 4x Managorger Hydra CMC 2Cololess1G base 1/1 Trample Whenever a player casters a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Managorger Hydra Basically powering it up every turn unless your opponent refuses to play spells and only counters, but even counters = powering him up. Zendikars Roil (enchantment CMC 3Colorless2G) = Whenever a land enters the BF,under your control, put a 2/2 green Elemental token onto BF. This would go well with the other Selesnya deck i posted if i turned it into a token mid-range deck. and added a couple other cards for mitigation. or at least sideboard things like fog and plummet. anyway last card for now MTG wise Shaman of the Pack (CMC 1G1B1Colorless) Elf Shaman When Shaman enters the BF, target opponent loses life equal to the # of elves you control. all other creatures in deck besides the above 2 are elves. from elvish mystic, to gnarlroot trapper, to 1 dwynen, gilt-leaf daen (shiny, couldn't find more in packs), leaf gilder, basically elvish mystic but for turn 2, dwynen's elite shinies 4x summon a 1/1 green elf warrior when i put this into BF, OOHH one more non-elf, * * Undercity Troll (CMC 1Colorless1G Troll) Renown 1 = when this guy deals combat dmg to a player, if it isn't renowned, pt a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes renowned. with/without renown it has a 2colorless1G ability (don't have to tap) Regenerate = next time this creature would be destroyed this turn, it isn't, instead tap it, remove all dmg from it, and remove it from combat). So you could attack, it gets blocked, regen, and i'm not 100% on how it resolves as i never got a chance to use it. the road to the closest game store that hosts MTG tournaments of any kind... there's this cop that has a legit personal agenda against me for a reason that isn't even his... his older brother dated a girl who cheated on him all the time, and 2-3 of those many times were with me, though i asked if she had a BF and she'd always say no or say she's breaking up with him and i'd see her send the text... only to be back with him the next day. so once his younger brother became of age he went to cop training (6 weeks...) and our first interaction was him tampering with evidence of an empty alcohol bottle (i collect liquor bottles based on their design/color. and this particular one had been washed out multiple times since i do not drink... you'd just smell cleaner and bleach) but he tried to "scare me" into a felony having it my backseat where i forgot. during his illegal search since he had no PC to pull me over NOR RAS to search me or my car; he bent a half dozen of my MTG cards and even tore up my backpack where i luckily had some of the more expensive in a binder and my decks with the most expensive double sleeved inside magnetized boxes. whole reason he truly pulled me over was cuz i was leaving a midnight release tournament of the Zendikar's 2nd coming where full card lands were back and Eldritch cards came back. this was after Theros for sure. at the end of the FNM tournament and then Midnight Release draft tournament, i ended up leaving that at around 4:15-4:30am and halfway home (roughly an hour and change with traffic, but since i was the ONLY car on the highway, 2 lanes one way, divider with grass and guard rails, 2 lanes other way. he came barging out of a closed shopping center strip going THROUGH a stop sign, no lights on, texting on his phone which i could CLEARLY see since i saw his car NOT STOPPING and his face buried his fkn phone. I was on cruice control at 55 in a 55mph zone. not 60, not 54 or 61. 55 even and i had to SWERVE to dodge having him hit me or t-bone ME. he proceeds to tailgate me for the next 11-14 miles until we almost got out of his jurisdiction where he lit me up. kept him on the side of the road for 1hr 50min before allowing him to search and the other office, his superior that i request showed up after an hour and a half. he and I got along fine... but the kid tearing my car and MTG cards up? not so much. i think he felt vulnerable cuz i recognized his name and i went to school with a girl in my class who became my friend in junior and senior year while i had been friends with her younger brother for longer via skateboarding. i asked if he still lived at [His exact Address] and i think he DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL. to this day i wish i had took him to court over throwing the crystal clear and cleaned out bottle that he legit TOSSED INTO THE TREE LINE. Tampering with evidence AND littering ON CAMERA!!! while threatening me with bogus charges like a felony... wtf?! i wish i had asked why he was texting and caused us to almost wreck multiple times from him running a stop sign to get onto the highway with NO LIGHTS on only to follow me for 20min+ trying to figure out how to pull me over and when i say tailgate, i mean you could NOT see 4/5 his hood. which is ALSO HIGHLY ILLEGAL. should have slammed on brakes like a little animal was crossing the road. kids a scumbag. anyway last card i can talk bout off hand is this Shiny japanese purple Eevee evolution card with some kind of symbol bottom right of pokemon box. I forgot name of it and since I can't read japanese... I imagine it has to be of some value. there's no bends, no scratches, no marks of any kind. I've kept it triple sleeved. in a clear sleeve, then some kind of really good sleeve facing opposite way and placed inside a HARD clear sleeve. i've just seen a lot of videos of MTG store owners who do a lot of trading and selling for making their money outside of hosting tournaments etc and he says getting them graded can be a scam.

Against a turtle terran this is a quick way to lose. Terran's ability to farm efficiency off of defense is unmatched, and especially at that point in the game you don't exactly know what the enemy's bank looks like because the game has gotten so out of hand. Between the sim city and the high damage and AoE, you're just funneling your units into a meat grinder and getting almost no value.

@@ingeniousclown I had a bad experience with zerg once too. They used viper/lurker and had tons of spore crawlers. Every time I got close to their high ground I would get abducted and parasitic bombed. I know more of what to do now but it was a long annoying game that I lost.

When you have a full time remote IT job and a family. Okay you can sneak couple of games during the day, with one of your eyes in Slack chat. These videos are fun, but here’s an idea: is there a way to create the same kind of video and commentary when you’re observing others? For example, it might be a challenge for you to move out of PiG player PoV and comment on your gameplay same way as you’re commenting others. P.S. I suck at SC, and today I realized that’s a good thing, because watching you play, I feel you haven’t seen 80% of encounters that give us all goosebumps and actually make us enjoy watching the stream.

It's really not the same when you get to see the whole map Andrew more info. Likewise casting from my camera in replay doesn't exactly replicate the camera movement and doesn't show mouse movement so it's better to use replays for a more traditional cast than a pov one

38:35 whyyyy you bring up MTG :'( i miss playing table top MTG SO MUCH it kills me.... the best times i had were back in 2013 ish, where they had the reprint of Mutavault land in standard Rotation. I played Selesnya Aggro with the following 60card list (I BELIEVE) 4x 2life tap lands 4x Gates (or some other dual land) 1x Mutavault (shouldhave bought 3 more for full set but this was my first big deck) 4x Elvish Mystics 4x Selesnya Charms 4x Lion somethings (they were 2 mana i think, and you could upgrade them to indestructible and other effects, i'd have to look at the cards. matter fact ima do that now 1 sec)

I can't remember if i HAD these during those times but I might have 4x Dryad Militant = 1G/W drop = If an instant or sorcery card would be into graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead. Was a GOOD t1 drop if you didn't have your mystic elf or llanowar elf. Also on turn 2 you'd have something else to play. I'm trying to remember if i ran 20land, 21 land or 23 land since it was mainly aggro. i had 3-4 versions of this deck that i Miss so much. the OG Top Tier S+ G/W aggro that I missed 3 mutavaults and 4x Voice of Something (it was like $40-$60 a piece back then) Token deck which would have taken something out for 1x Aramada Wurm (2colorless/2G/2W = Trample, when entering battlefield, put a 5/5 wurm token with trample onto battlefield as well. both 5/5, creature and token). I'd run all 4 conclaves which summoned +3/+3 centaurs. and of course your choice of a 2/2 knight, buff on creature instant or somethin else. Then the deck I have now which idk where to play it in. format wise. its not standard and anything nonstandard i'm not familiar with. i've only played 1 or 2 drafts and did decent. i have 0 commander decks as i've never played. 0 decks of any other kind. i've seen too many youtube shorts where certain formats are t1 wins... with cards that cost a thousand USD or more PER CARD so that rules me out entirely... most expensive deck i ever made was the same timeframe as this Selesnya One above It was the Red/Green Midrange Monsters deck. and it cost a total $880.... only to be rotated out of standard the next day. idk WHY the store didn't warn me or even tell me... out of actual human courtesy instead of greed. Cuz this store won't just buy your cards, they'll give you "store credit" which is garbage. Only had one night to buy the cards and barely finished setting them up to play and lost to the cheapest decks possible that went on to be the top 4, all four people were running budget mono white weenie decks =_= so at end of tournament i went to refund deck and he offered something like $375-425 in store credit and i just looked at him like wtf, i just dropped damn near a band. and you're ONLY offering that much AS STORE CREDIT?! he went on to show me each 4set i bought for $40/each had dropped in 50% price at midnight or more.... that was the last time i played standard.

also had a budget rakdos aggro deck which is now my Rakdos Aggro Vampire deck (table top wise) mono zombies deck a version of "white weenie" but more expensive cards back then. when the standard's "core set" had M12 on the bottom right, return to ravnica and a couple others i can't recall name of. the decks i have now are just for fun if my oldman wants to play but ihave to remind him how to everytime. i've tried teaching him for years but i have to remind him every game multiple times in the game so .. yeah. he likes blue but refuses to play blue control so idk how to help him

I remember buying Pokemon cards when they FIRST came out in USA (same with pokemon red/blue/yellow and i was LUCKY enough to get leaf green but .. naturally all things good have been stolen over time from when i've had to move a few times to people coming out and having sticky fingers) first i lost my newer gameboy color that i even splurged on further with the game connection that had a joystick over the D-pad and better buttons on the right with a lens on TOP that you could pull out and press in depending on magnification. on the underside it even had lights so you could play at night without too much eye strain. just the clear/purple ish gameboy color was yeeted. and then my OG grey small gameboy color was yoinked. and lastly my games... which i honestly didn't give 2 flying fecknuggets about except for the pokemon games. since my Red cartridge had a save from 4th grade and my yellow cartidge had the highest level best team i ever got. cuz back then we used to (in 4th and 5th grade) go over to this one friends' house and compare card collections and trade. some of us would eventually battle and that's how you'd unlock certain pokemon that we discovered if you had that gameboy-to-gameboy connector. i have some really cool pokemon cards in two binders (one big one and one small one where all the top shelf stuff is) such as ONE pikachu that doesn't have the shadow around the box. quite a few shinies. including khaza-something. sadly no shiny charizards or regular; just the silly team rocket one. tons of First Editions, Fossil and Jungle star pokemon. Think I only ever got to play the ACTUAL card game 3-4 times... a couple times with my mom when i was super young and just got into it since they got me that Lapas set from an advertisement on TV. so we played that christmas a couple games but neither of us really figured it out. i was too young and she was too old to give a ... you know. then later in life, hanging out with a couple girls i liked being friends with (they'd play guitar on acoustic, which i also play guitar on acoustic and electric but they could play AND sing same time. so i REALLY enjoyed hearing them sing. i'd always be responsible for getting the drinks since i was old enough and we 3 would just chill at one of their houses, jamming music and once or twice we'd play pokemon where one of them finally taught me how to play. and to be fair, i ALMOST beat her... but as you can imagine, she had the real deck while i had slim pickins... ya dig?

I don't play Terran and I'm like D2 following PiG's B2GM and don't even know all unit names and don't even know all abilities, but PiG made a lot of mistakes here like not having overseer and lost a lot of units to ghosts where he could avoid that by just having detection. He had the money and the possibility, he just didn't do it because his attention was on other things.
