Congratulations on your giveaway win! The linens are all lovely and the patterns look cute. The last fabric you showed (with the dots) would be cute in the Hubbading Patterns Penelope dress. By the way, regarding the fabric that you said you wouldn't call a chambray - chambray refers to the weave of the fabric (where the warp and weft threads are different colours) more than the feel of it. To add to my comment, the weft thread of chambray is traditionally white.
