I started all my journeys in Raid slowly as I developed my knowledge and ability. Took me a long time to get to Gold classic arena. Once there, I aimed to farm my 39 battles daily. I finished my great hall in 33 months. It's tremendously beneficial. Everyone who plays long term should ensure they grind it out.

Shadowkin was my 2nd to last one. Skinwalkers being the other. Both of them i just needed a reviver. Kinigashi at level 50 unbooked got me through Shadowkin. Hoophries got me through Skinwalkers.

Congrats on completing GH! 25 wins/day is quite conservative. I'm getting 220 wins/week on average. And my typical WR is 90+%. Which means I'm doing almost 35 fights/day I'd say a player focused on getting their GH done can quite easily do 30 fights/day

Thank you! I think PvP rates vary widely among players. I had a whole year where I was really committed to PvP and easily averaged 35+ fights a day, every day. But then I got busy IRL and got more bored with PvP and my rate dropped to about 20 fights a day. In the comment of this video, some people have indicated that they really dislike PvP and so don't do it every day, or they stick to the 5 fight minimum for their daily quests. So, I commend you for being dedicated and working hard. It will definitely benefit you in the long run, but not everyone will be able (or willing) to match your pace, and that's okay too. Great achievement Colred! I have Acc and CD at 10 all the way through, to be honest, I have always dreaded arena, just don 't like the "experience" and only do it because I have to in order to complete my dailies for my energy bottle. I have never done live arena, and probably never will until they force it on me, and then I will consider my options. Great work again again!

Thanks! Yeah, I'm not generally big into PvP in any games. I like a little bit just to spice things up every once in a while, but that's all. Still, in RAID at least, you can often invest one time, find a good farming team, and then you're set for a long time. That makes the return on investment pretty high, if you're willing to invest in the first place. I will say this though - if you don't like a game mode, don't play it. You should enjoy yourself! Otherwise, why game in the first place?

Congrats!! Plarium needs to also do the conversion rates for area bonuses from bronze - silver - gold. Makes no sense that 1 bronze medal has the same value as 1 gold medal.

I have been playing 4 years. I do my 5 required battles per day, plus every classic arena tournament. I occasionally push for a single upgrade when one of my builds falls just short. 7 of my stats are maxed. 1 is level 9. 3 at 8. The rest atl 7, which is a recent accomplishment and makes it look like the right color. Still waiting for the day I decide to commit.

I remember when they last bonus hit 7 and the whole Hall turned Gold. That was a memorable day. So, it sounds like you've made substantial progress. You're getting most of the benefit now. You just have to top off the rest of the bonuses. It may take awhile, but at least you can get some good CvC points for them. Keep it up! 👍

I think I'm on a really good phase according to the calculations you did, I'm only missing 3 atk% which i have at 4, 4 and 6%, and one def% i have at 7%, Ill hit 2 years first week of january. There are decent amounts of arena tokens to get some other places in the game, like sintranos now gives you some, sometimes they throw some on random events, definitely not as much now.

I never liked pvp activity in all games, and raids in particular, but affinity bonuses are very useful. So, clenching my teeth, I farm the arena (although not very consistently), in order to more pleasantly pass the pve content. And congrats with this achievement

Got a 5 star soul for my Staltus today. I was gonna use him to solo dragon 20 but now he's my default arena nuker. Account is stuck at the moment though. I've got great champions I just don't have the gear or silver to upgrade them. My efforts over the last 2 and a half weeks to rebuild my Clan Boss team came up short and now I'm at a loss of what to do.

I've been playing for almost 2 years (when UDK was a free login) my Great Hall is level 218. so yeah I do think someone could definitely get their great hall done in 1.8 years saying that my Arena team makes Wins so much easier because I pulled a Narses a day later after he was a guarantee which was massive luck and i was passively doing Wight Queen Ankora fusion

I agree. I think the variability is huge, though. Some people really don't like being forced to play PvP every day. I think it would be nice if Plarium added some PvE ways to improve your Great Hall as well. That would be a helpful change, I think.

I kind of wish we got more medals per rank tier in a more linear fashion. IMO, it should be 1, 2, 3, 4 for bronze ranks, 3, 4, 5, 6 for silver ranks, and 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 for Gold, with Plat being 10. It's not the worst currently, but it definitely is slow. WHAT IS BAD is Live Arena medals don't have stronger buying power like Classic medals so getting 1000 gold medals is the same as having 1000 bronze or 1000 silver, just with the ability to unlock gold slots that already cost way more. Live Medals should get stronger buying power, and also have a better linear-esc reward count like above. Tag Team Arena is... something and honestly I would love if it just gave classic Arena tokens and that you could use those tokens on the Bazar or on the great hall.

I agree with basically everything you've said. I think there should be ONE classic arena medal type - just get rid of the colors. Then give more medals as players climb the higher ranks. In my opinion, the Great Hall should take a really dedicated player about 1 year to complete, maximum. 3+ years of grinding for an active player is just unnecessary and demoralizing.

Thats crazy. Im about 290+ days in and just finished faction wars. Great hall-wise. Im just about to finish my last accuracy badge for magic affinity but thats it. Two questions. What should i move onto to next and debating building lydia or sun wukong, who i pulled last week. I have decent nukers and no one does what lydia does but also noone does what monkey king does.

Congrats on faction wars! That's a very fast clear!! As for Wukong vs Lydia, that's really hard to say without seeing the rest of your roster. One thing you could ask yourself is what do you intend to use each champion for? For instance, Wukong gets his full buff strip abilities without any books, so you could take him to 60, but leave him unbooked for awhile. If you're using Lydia mostly for her passive, then she doesn't even need to be 6-star, really (although it's better), but if you're using her for her debuffs, she'll need books for her A2 at least. The good news is that both champions are phenomenal and you're going to enjoy them both. But I hope I've helped you decide. 🫡

I've been playing since Ronda was the login champion (about 90 weeks give or take) and just need Force and Spirit Attack to finish my great hall. I got into Gold 5 fairly early (3-4 months?) because of the various solo champ defenses and have been pretty good at using my tokens as I get them while refreshing throughout the day. I have not touched Live Arena at all because it does not appeal to me. Not really a fan of PvP in general. Had I known Raid was going to have so many PvP modes (Classic, Tag, Live, Siege, and CvC/Hydra Clash in a way) I probably never would have started playing to be honest.

Well done! For someone who doesn't like PvP, you've been very successful at it so far! I would encourage you to try a little Live Arena. I usually play 1-2 days per week, and I find that allows me to get some nice bonuses without making me too frustrated. It may be worth considering.

I am getting tired of the arena leveling, I worked my way up to the silver area and not play for 1 or 2 days, and come back to find I am back at bronze 1. That is so frustrating, that I get tired of trying anymore.

Yeah, there are definitely tiers of arena that are more frustrating than others. I think RAID generally rewards consistency in game play, and punishes people who don't login every day. I don't like that about the game, but it's the current philosophy behind most mobile games these days, regardless of genre. I've always thought a friendly mechanic would be to have token storage (for instance), so that you could store up to 3 days worth of tokens, keys, energy when you didn't login, and not lose all the resources. Ah well, wishful thinking, I suppose. Thanks for the comment!

I was on doubt about it too, got it like 6 months ago and i just use her everywhere >.< just decrease def and weaken together in a single turn its above average, add to it the increase speed its just top notch, only thing i dont like its that it attacks the enemy when they place a fear on an ally wich slows me down in my hydra runs but once i get duchess ill be good.

Sure, that's a way to go. It's a good amount of resistance. The reason I left it for close to the end is because I rarely use resistance builds. I prefer using cleanse and block debuff champs (like elva, pythion, etc). Since I got a few of those early on, resistance wasn't so useful to me. If building RES worked for you, that's great! Way to understand your own playstyle. 👍

That actually sounds quite good. You're already past the 50% mark. It slows down from there on out, but you're getting good benefit and doing exactly what you need to do. Just keep it up, and you'll get there!

The chest we get every 1000 gold bars after completing the bonuses is not good at all. 99% of the chest is worthless gear to sell. If they just put a book/shard chance in there it would be much better

Not really a fan of your comparison with sets in the beginning as different champions benefit differently from each stat. A defensive support with no accuracy requirement benefits almost nothing from accuracy, attack, crit damage etc.

All I was doing was quantifying the bonuses relative to in-game mechanics (in this case, set bonuses). All of the comparisons are mathematically correct. Viewers still need to exercise their own judgment as to which bonuses are important to their champions.
