P5 another 20% spell DMG nerf in PVP bringing it up to 40% less spell DMG in PVP .. physical is 10% less making 30% less physical DMG in pvp. So as you can imagine. Those tanky players doing physical DMG are going to be having 10% more DMG effectively and Those dots are going to do fk all while they smash away at you. Not to mention just try killing a healer with 40% less spell DMG and they get 50% more HP in a bg. This is such a joke.

if you want dot crit and 200 crit modifier scaling, this is da way. not saying it will be perfect and it might need some more adjustments, but yeah chill itll be ok
