Congrats on the win, awesome performance, and congrats on the new sponsorship too! Does pre comp lack of sleep bother you? (your results don't seem to indicate it does) but if so, maybe something to consider...Mitch Hooper has a couple of drinks the night before, says it helps him relax and sleep so he wakes up fresher and better ready for comp day...maybe something that may help you get even better than you already are? At pro level its the 1%'s after all

That Circus Dumbbell for reps ... based from your move, I think you can do 65 kg for reps instead. That 43 kg in my opinion is way too light for you, from the way you keep it coming for reps after reps. Regardless, it still fun to see that performance, good job.
