GGs playing against you, I was the goblin biker player. To all the people wondering in the comments i did make a few mistakes like making the utopic future with a number monster, and the cicada king not detaching with cost. I genuinely forgot about the UDF not being able to made with number monsters and while i was reading cicada king i was kind of was just skimming through the card's text looking for a semi colon in the effect and didn't see it so i thought it wasn't cost. Also in game 2 i didn't realize regulus negated the effect not the activation like most other negates, and on top of that I had wakushi and mean merciless in my hand which i could have pendulum summoned for game that previous turn which would have been exact lethal for game since he had 2400 lp left and they had 1000 and 1400 atk each. Overall ggs and thank you to PAK for the wonderful games and for coming to our locals.

@@fracazer truthfully i have mixed feelings about the support, on one hand i think the support is decent and helps the deck a bit the new spell and trap help goblins avoid imperm, and play through shifter/recover their resources back from shifter being applied, but on the other hand i think what goblin really needed was another s/t searcher, because as it stands with the new support you have big gabonga, grand enterance, grand imprisonment, and bad-ass, which help get you a monster and summon to the field to extend and if you hard draw grand bash and two goblins, or mean and a second goblin, or have clatter, and another goblin in the grave, you have 7 ways to get a goblin and extend.(I get the last three are a bit niche but still for arguments sake worth mentioning). But on the other hand the s/t besides grand entrance all have really good effects that you might want to consider using like grand stampede being a monster negate, and grand pileup being able to quick effect take a monster from the opponent's gy. The problem is that because grand entrance is both a searcher and an extender at the same time it offers too much value for you to consider searching for the other s/t unless you hard draw it or open with it, which is why i think a second way to get a s/t outside of dugg charger would have been perfect to complete the deck. In terms of the shs engine, the new support makes me run more goblin names so it cuts down on the extra level 3 support and other engines i can run in the deck. Ive been testing a more pure build with the new support with some of the level 3 support like terrortop and the psychic level 3s but i think i like the shs version better rn

@@fracazer i wrote a long comment out but it got deleted somehow, i think youtube just messed up, the tl;dr version is that while i think the new support is good, i think we really needed another s/t searcher in the deck because we have anywhere from 4-7 ways to get goblins on the field and extend, but only one s/t searcher, and the problem with that is that s/t have a lot good effects but grand entrance being a searcher and extender in one makes it too good to pass up and the one you should always be searching for unless you hard draw it, which is why i think we should have gotten a second one. Also the new stuff makes me run more goblin names so i have to cut down on the other engines/level 3 support so it forces a more pure build

As a goblin player, I've preferred going into Zero before the final monster. That way the Armor trap is live immediately next turn and can also then be used alongside the final Armor monster form for its effect or to dodge destruction. Though it is interesting, seeing how diverse goblin decks are. Mine, is made up of BAs and other lvl 3s for easy field spam and stuff

It is always possible to win branded in a banlist that have R1 branded fusion it's been good for us ocg players because it is consistent enough to play because of a lot of engine you can play. So for those tcg players that was crying over your banlist you ain't even there, the level of a good player just like Pak here. although i am a OCG player i still support some yugi-tubers that have a clear mindset not on the players that always crying and complaining about something it is called fairness and for those i mention you maybe called a greedy player and a karen for some reasons, be influence by these youtubers. Both games Snake Eyes lost because he decided to play Selene/Accesscode instead of Phoenix/Zealantis line which is the most free OTK ever. If you play the Desirae line you can negate Princess to turn off the fire lock and summon Apo with it. idk about not using Bystials on Albaz for like 10 different chances in row tho. Turn 1 is kinda understandable that he forgot about Quem being impermed (Pak also did) but then holding it until Pak went from just 1 Quem to a full board is very questionable.

Sides are usually personal preference. It’s most likely the same cards. 1 ash, 1 shaddoll dragon, 1 masquerade/sprind, 3 crossout, 1 herald of the abyss, 3 evenly, 1 duster, 1 barrier and I guess 3 more thrust targets

32:10 , want to know for rulings, due to the lingering effect of branded lost, when you do cl 1 chimera then cl2 lost, cant you still respond to lost because of the fact that its not the fusion summon since its like how Forbidden Droplet works? Because branded lost protects fusion summons and uninterruption with strictly fusion summon or fusion summoned during that turn eff, so wouldnt it be better to do cl 1 lost ch 2 chimera to completely stop it create an isolated and uninterrupted chain?

TBH, running 3 branded fusion is insane - I can see why MD has limited it to one, very rarely do I not just combo off my typical line to grab it along the way, lots of gas and playthrough. Running this deck rn very consistently too, working into diamond. Being forced to run only one Branded Fusion and it really isn't a big deal. A lot of people have been dropping tragedy, which is kind of dumb b/c he can fetch a spell from gy, further retribution is a solid TEMU solemn judgment so why just pitch it every time when you can use tragedy to do the same? Especially if you're already holding Aluber or something. I've also been running 1 Albaz the Ashen b/c tbh, he is sick and if you layer him on the board with Glory dragon, people have a really tough time outting that and you can easily get Albaz up to 3400, 3600 or even 3800 making him pretty beasty. Of course he also has a self reviving trigger too so if you play him via the crack back or using Quem to pull him to board in junction with Rindbrum people really struggle with this. Oh and Mask Change II + Dark Law is just awesome, I don't run 3 of MC2 bc why but if I happen to open with it and aluber or branded opening, it has amazing synergy as well as just shutting down gy plays, it's insane. You can also drop Aluber, and if they try to imperm you can MC2 him dodging the imperm, getting the search and sending Aluber to GY for Dark Law, absolutely bonkers - to boot, Aluber is better in gy anyways (for his TEMU perm effect) and get this, MC2 is for cost - so, even though it is a fusion summon, it doesn't "count" as one, allowing you to play around d.barrier (grab Branded in Red instead of Branded fusion if d.barrier'd and use on their turn as an interruption). Branded is all gas baby ;)

sprind or dragostapelia are just choices you can make. Sprind is more accesible on the normal or special of albaz, while dragostapelia dominates in the mirror match.
