Dior Homme isn't a new fragrance, until the release of the rather public reformulation known as Dior Homme 2020. I wore it for an entire week, mainly because I was curious to see if I ultimately enjoyed it more than the first Dior Homme. Have you tried it yet?

It's a solid Frangrance, it might not live up to its namesake but it's performance is above average, versatile and pleasing, everything don't have to be a masterpiece to be enjoyed. I traded my 75ml ultra male for a 100ml Dior homme because it's way more versatile than ultra male. You could argue it's a better scent.

I actually love the new version. I hated the lipsticky iris in the original. My first day with 2020, someone at work said I smelt "absolutely fantastic" and it was hours after application. I actually get amazing performance on my skin, anywhere from 8-10 hours of longevity with about 3 1/3 hours of solid protection. Also glad to see someone give an honest opinion about this one and not just jumping on the bashwagon.

@bennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I do 5. One on each side of the neck, one inside the shirt on my collarbone/chest area, and one on each wrist. Minimum of 3 though and you'll be good 👍🏽

I recently learned that I just can't judge fragrances on hype alone. The two fragrances that are crapped all over in the community - Dior Sauvage Parfum and Versace Eros Flame - turned out to be what I really enjoy after sampling them and I ended up getting the full bottles for them. Yep, you simply can't trust everything you read and hear and it certainly applies to fragrances, too.

@@shaunleonard3878 Yeah, I was really surprised when I sampled it after so many negative reviews on it. I think it's a gorgeous smelling fragrance that's a lot more versatile than the original. I particularly love the spicy drydown.

Same. Panned by critics, but they now have a cult following, especially Eros Flame🔥🔥🔥. EVERYONE who said it was meh, is putting it on their top fall lists now. I guess they heard it was good and now they're listening

I was a kid in the early nineties at a time when expensive big men's fragrances were the thing. Now I have no idea if it is an accurate evaluation of it but there's something about the 2020 Homme that brings me back being that kid smelling something a guy was wearing back then. That isn't to say it isn't good or nice but I suppose that considering that it is supposed to be a new fragrance, it shouldn't really be reminding me of something from my childhood. Or maybe that just indicates its relationship to the Dior Homme line.

"Common dude fragrance": That needs to catch on. I definitely agree though. Part of what makes Dior Homme Original so great is that it's a stand-alone, uncommon fragrance. I agree that 2020 deserves some props, but it isn't really the profound kind of scent I would expect coming from Dior. It's too mainstream.,

I am too fabulous to wear the new version. I do think your channel is the bomb. So many other men’s style channels have “evolved” into what I call hammock commercials. The first two points are perhaps useful information. Look out for #3. It’s a straight up paid ad and often contradicts past videos or is for stuff the host really would never use.

This is straight flames I thought it would be dud....but it performs very good in the tropics where I live and has a scent trail that is on max ....got compliments galore and it projection was more than 3ft up to 3hrs in. Lasted 7.5hrs in total (ladies love it)🤷🏿‍♂️

The poor 19yr old Sephora girl hacked, yacked, and gagged for 5 minutes after spraying it on my hand, lol. She actually had to get someone else to ring me up. But, it's not that bad, lol. I'm still on the fence, it's just Meh to me. Sorry I don't get the quality, I do get synthetic woods, a bunch. Don't care about the name or iris, Dior homme Sport (non iris) is somewhat synthetic and totally amazing. Dior homme 2020, NAH. Spend that cash on a better one.
