Hey! I watched some of your vids to get more insight into RA. They were really helpful. I have a clinical research background and am curious how hard is it to transtion from CR to RA. Is there a sub devion within RA that specifically deals with clinical trials or clinical phases? Are there ppl in RA who originally came from clinical research background? (CRC, CRA, CTM..etc.)

Thanks for your content and the attention to details and structure in your videos. If you don´t mind me asking, how and what did you do to make progress in your REG career? Like did you have to take courses, diverse trainings, have a mentor? kindly do a video on career progressive steps and how to approach these steps for a faster progress in the REG industry. Thanks.

I tell everyone starting their career in RA that it is not an easy job and it's certainly not for everyone. When you start, for the first 3 - 6 months it's like you're standing in the middle of a stream and it's kinda cool and nice and the water is slowly rising and the current is slowly getting a little quicker and a little deeper, but it's okay. And then about 9 - 12 months into it you realize that the water is raging around you and it's right up to your mouth and it's hard but you can still keep breathing if you time things just right.... and some folks swim back to shore and get out of the stream and never come back. But then finally, after about 2 or 3 years, you just sort of get used to that way of treading water. It's rewarding both financially and intellectually, but it's not easy. I've been treading water since 2004.
