Unlike people who don't compete in anything, they don't need to prove anything in the gym they prove themselves competing against the strongest human beings on the planet. They feel no need to humiliate people not on their level strength-wise, and are always willing to help.

Most gym trainers are like that! I usually recommend people who are going to the gym for the first time to have a gym trainer. They can teacher how to handle equipment safety and do the exercises correctly. They can also tailor exercises for your body, instead of doing general exercises which best case scenario does nothing and worst case, mess up your body (bulking muscles you don’t want bulking).
