That man is reasonable, he needs a reasonable woman like me. I am separated with my family because of the malice, ego, of a man. He even denies me access to my kids… I found a job in the USA and it was a relief since I was not able to make it in Kenya. I was to take my whole family plus him but he refused to cooperate…. He took me to court for no reason. … To cut it short … I had attained green card for us all. I am a working professional in the USA Who can decline such an offer? One day I will be happy….. Am single and ready to mingle!

What I have come to learn is that marriage is spiritual and thus when you get married without awakening you will find that you wanted some part to be filled by other person which only God can fill. I think what he's calling different core values is actually awakening to higher self and you don't know how to fight for the real thing. Until you understand what God has joined together no man put asunder you will know that you fight spiritual forces that interput your life not physical battles. Another thing don't fix God into your choices when you have not involved in the beginning and if you desire so let him build from scratch

Lord help us all and He can give us all the wisdom to move on. I may be wrong but could it be that your ex became careful and tactical after you asked her for divorce two years ago. Many people talk about male ego as if women sometimes have no pride in them. In fact at a point, I began to think there must be something like female ego. Once you mention the 'D' word in a marriage and God is not the centre of it..boom..the devil runs away with it..marriage was built to last but some just want out once they jump into the ship..Divorce happens even before it manifests in the physical..what happened to compromise? Also a man needs to protect, provide and profess his love for his woman!! The woman is working hard to secure of her children abroad and you are talking unnecessary things. You wanted divorce two years before, so the woman had to look for plan B. Which worked better for her. Most African men ,only wish to divorce a woman and see her miserable. You could not easily move on bc the woman was financially stable, so you could not challenge her with your side chick's period.
