The rear bumper is definitely the hardest piece, i would suggest watching alot of vids before doing the bumpers, inlays for the front are definitely needed

Color looks great but hold up, you put on ceramic pads so it would "bite better"? The main benefits of ceramics is longevity and low/no dust but they famously don't have the initial bite of metal composites.

could be mistaken but the bite is definitely is much better than the oem bosch pads that were on the car, ceramics are famously used on all the M cars, see it at my dealer too, they tend to last way better under abuse and give a more consistent feel, definitely more noisy though
