heard really bad things about racing diffs specially for e36 specs, anyway what happened with the burnout video ?
@darko_lengkeek-jakupovic7 ай бұрын
From what I could find it came down to people not being careful enough with the c clips when putting them in. Racingdiffs made a video adressing the issue

which diff version did you pick up for your e46? Man even if it only lasts a year you could swap in a new one each year for 10 and still save over a full on a new LSD. haha.

it was the 188k set, haha very true

Great video and review.. I've got a bmw e46 325ci 2 door.. thinking of getting a Quife l.s.d..what's it like in snow or rain? Not sure if it's worth it

Kinda a "hokey" design, imho... I dunno why they can't make clutches BEHIND the spiders (like they should be)... Definitely looks to me like it wouldn't last long under hard use... just my humble opinion... Thanks for the review though man!

It would be way more expensive then

hello, I installed the kit on a 330i e92 for daily and sporty use. I have about 300hp after 1 year for now no problem. what power does your car have? I wonder about reliability over time...

@_mrklein let us know once it reached 30.000 or 50.000 and you do the maintenance. It would be cool to see a real user review 😁

This been holding up for you? I heard bad things about them I like the price but at the same time I dont want to drive my car around with a welded diff or spend tons on a lsd

For a daily its good to pop out here and there and for the grip, from what ive heard they dont last under constant track abuse, hasnt given me any issues yet
@junkylondon29418 ай бұрын
Your car being automatic probably means a longer life for this kit i would imagine? Can't exactly kick the clutch and an auto 325i isn't making 197bhp very often.. maybe once a week

Yea id say so

You need 188k , not 188mm 👍
