In the long term children without mental health services can end up either being young adults who are promiscuous or who are extremely shy and are afraid of having a romantic relationship. Basically, the sooner you can get a child into mental health services, the better off they will be.

It was done with gentleness and taste, and the children were not interrupted or pushed to speak. The reason for that interview was to inform the world about the trauma to those children and it was conducted with gentleness. If they hid all this from the public, then so many who are already saturated with misinformation, will just say "It never happened". Believe me, those children have NOT recovered, but talking about it, bodies, dead grandparents, "booming", and the fear, is the first step to their rehabilitation.

I cant tell you how tears I have cried for Israel. I cant tell you how many prayers I have said. I cant tell you how sleep I have lost over this tragedy. And it’s not just the tragedy of 7-10, the lives lost in such unspeakable circumstances or the innocent victims that are still being held hostage. It’s the shocking, unapologetic and deeply disturbing lack of care, compassion or empathy for those Israeli victims. Too many people are ready to not only believe EVERYTHING they see on TikTok or other nefarious sources, but march, fight and carry out acts of violence on anyone that disagrees with them. No matter what undeniable proof you present to them, they will close their eyes, hearts and minds and just say, “lies. Propaganda.” I fear for ALL of us. I fear this is just the beginning of what is to come.

These poor babies have had way too much trauma. I'm so glad they are alive and this kind of interview was lovely as they were allowed to express themselves. The hotel isn't home but it is better to be at the hotel and somewhat safe than at home right now. Please know that children all over the world are praying for your safety. My own daughter is around your age and even though we too have been through trauma, it is NOTHING like what you have experienced. May God bless you and your families and carry you through your life under His protection Amen.
