All these Christian sabhas originated from one and only malankara Syrian sabha.(Jacobites, Catholics, Orthodox,Marthoma , malankara catholic sabha) which was headed by Patriach of Antioch and Archedeons of pakalomattom blessed by Antioch Patrich.All these Sabhas except Catholics are still following the liturgy dress,church ceremonies Holy Qurbana etc by Syrian Christians.All the churches in Kerala were constructed by the parishners. So it is right before law and God to give the church to the majority and give the share to minority group in that church.There is no need of fight..Each church should be given to the majority in that church.The others must be given their shares and they can join any sabha they like.Such churches will have only God,s presence.Everybody now know that this fight is for wealth and power.Dont try to fool God.The reward for this fight will be great punishment from God in the end.Let there peace in churches and man,s mind.

True, our silence and sitting quiet to any totally unjustifiable matters are the cause of all issues that we are facing today . Ours should be a civilized society and let spiritual leaders come up with good thoughts beneficial to all humans respective of religion, caste , creed etc rather than making people confined to water tight compartments. Hard and fast religious beliefs and imposing them on common people are the cause for the past/present various unrests and killings. This happens in a society where unscrupulous spiritual leaders think they are the torch bearers to spread light to witness the century old teachings and folks rallying behind them.

Instead of eulogizing Jiji Thomson, it would have been better had i2i interviewed Jiji Thomson and taken his latest views on whether or not there is merit in saying that the Apex Court (comprising the wisest of men in the entire country) orders ought to be respected or not; and whether, or not, prior to the said orders, the Hon'ble SC had examined the factional feud and given its verdicts after taking into consideration the many decades of court battles by the two factions wherein both sides presented all their facts and figures, evidences, etc. If yes, then what is the issue here? Is it that an ex IAS officer holds a differing view than that given in the final court order? So what of it? Let him hold his views. It is a free world, and Jiji Thomson is not a hard disk drive of the SC computer servers, is he? Merely dropping names of known and respected personalities, and including a phone conversation or two by some unknown persons, cannot be a means to wipe away the collective wisdom of the Apex Court, and other lower courts. So, are you kidding us, Mr. Sunil?

ആചാരങ്ങളിൽ വിശ്വാസങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നും വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ല എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോൾ പിന്നെ എന്താണ് ഒരു സഭയായി ഒന്നിച്ചു പോകുന്നതിൽ തടസ്സം. ഈ തർക്കങ്ങളൊക്കെ അന്ന് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കുറെ തിരുമേനിമാർ തമ്മിലുള്ള അഭിപ്രായവ്യത്യാസങ്ങളും ഐക്യമില്ലായ്മ മൂലവും ഉണ്ടായതാണ്. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ കാര്യമല്ല കേട്ടോ. ഒരു നൂറ്റാണ്ടിനും മുമ്പത്തെ കാര്യമാണ്. അന്ന് കുറെ തിരുമേനിമാർക്ക് കുറെ പേരെ കൂടെ നിർത്തി കയൂക്ക് കൊണ്ട് കുറെ പള്ളികൾ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെയാണ് മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ കുറെ പള്ളികൾ ചിലരുടെ കയ്യിലെത്തിയത്. അതിന് അന്നത്തെ അന്ത്യോക്യയിലെ സിറിയൻ സഭയിലെ പാത്രിയർക്കീസ് തർക്കങ്ങളും വഴിമരുന്നായി. ഓർത്തഡോക്സ്‌ യാക്കോബായ കേസ് ഒരു സിവിൽ കേസ് ആയിരുന്നു. വർഷങ്ങളായി കേസ് നടക്കുന്നു. പല ന്യായധിപന്മാർ ഇഴ കീറി മുറിച്ചു വർഷങ്ങളെടുത് വിധിച്ചതാണ് ഈ പുരാതന പള്ളികളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥത മലങ്കര സഭക്ക് എന്നത്. അന്ത്യോകിയ സഭക്ക് മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ പള്ളികളിൽ ഒരവകാശവും ഇല്ല എന്ന് തീർപ്പ് കല്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മലങ്കര സഭ എന്നത് പുത്തൻകുരിശ് ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള സഭയാണോ കോട്ടയം ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള സഭയാണോ എന്നതിനാണ് സുപ്രീം കോടതി തീർപ്പ് കല്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഓർത്തഡോക്സ്‌ സഭ പള്ളി പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് ആക്ഷേപം. സത്യത്തിൽ മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ എല്ലാ പള്ളികളും അതാത് വിശ്വാസികളുടെ തന്നെയാണ്. അതാണ് 1934 -ലെ ഭരണഘടന നിഷ്കര്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും. ഏതെങ്കിലും അച്ഛന്മാരോ തിരുമേനിമാരോ വിചാരിച്ചാൽ പള്ളികളുടെ സ്വത്ത് തന്നിഷ്ടപ്രകാരം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല. ഈ ഭരണഘടന ഒരു കാലത്ത് രണ്ടു വിഭാഗവും അംഗീകരിച്ചു നിലവിൽ വന്നതാണ്. പിന്നീട് അതിൽ നിന്നും പിൻവാങ്ങി കേസിന് പോയത് ആരാണ്. കേസിന് പോയി തൊറ്റപ്പോൾ വിധി അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിൽ എന്താണ് ന്യായം. സുപ്രീംകോടതി നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരം 2002 ലെ മലങ്കര അസോസിയേഷൻ യോഗത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാതെ 2002 ഇൽ വേറെ ഒരു ഭരണഘടന ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ആരാണ്. ആ ഭരണഘടനക്ക് ഒരു സാധുതയും ഇല്ല എന്നും സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നമ്മൾ ജീവിക്കുന്നത് തുർക്കിയിലോ സിറിയയിലൊ അല്ല. ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ആണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയും സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിയും അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ നാം ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണ്. ഒരു മലങ്കര സഭാ വിശ്വാസി എന്ന നിലയിൽ രണ്ട് വിഭാഗങ്ങളോടും എനിക്ക് പറയാനുള്ളത് സുപ്രേംകോടതി വിധി അംഗീകരിച്ച് അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അസോസിയേഷൻ വിളിച്ചു കൂട്ടി രണ്ട് വിഭാഗവും വിട്ടുവീഴ്ച ചെയ്ത് അച്ഛന്മാരെയും മെത്രാന്മാരെയും പരസ്പരം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ട് ചർച്ച ചെയ്ത് ഇതിന് ഒരു ശാശ്വത പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാക്കണം എന്നതാണ്. മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ വിശ്വാസികൾ ഒരു പള്ളികളിൽ നിന്നും ഇറങ്ങിപോകേണ്ടതില്ല. ഈ തമ്മില്ലടിയൊക്കെ അച്ഛന്മാരും തിരുമേനിമാരും അവരുടെ സ്വാർത്ഥതാത്പര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനിടയിൽ നമ്മൾ പാവം വിശ്വാസികൾ പെട്ട് പോകാതെ നോക്കേണ്ടത് നമ്മൾ തന്നെ ആണ്.

Correct. The issue is not about Jiji Thomson or the utterances of some other members. The issue is what is right given the facts and circumstances of the case. After verdict after verdict coming out of not the lowest level of the judiciary, but the Apex Court itself, favours the MOSC stance, how could one Jiji Thomson, or even one Bava Thirumeni's views, be given so much importance. They all have to fall in line with the law laid down by the Apex Court. People who don't realise this simple fact will get fooled by those who try to kick up a storm based on silly arguments.
