The eagle 6700xt is almost reaching 6750xt clock speeds on the core, try increasing the power limit a bit and set a little higher fan speed, you get a free upgrade to 6750xt

Powercolor red devil 6700xt has 0 coil whine. Best custom designs come from powercolor and sapphire. I would not go with anything else.

try setting your framerate limit to 300 or so. coil wine should only happen at uselessly high fps like 700-1000

I got the Sapphire Pulse 6700 XT and it's just perfect, it's my first AMD card and I'm very impressed. It has no coil whine, runs great, isn't too awfully loud even at max RPM, highly recommend 👍

6700xt is faster, but dlss is the best scaling tech. I still would prefer 6700xt, because most games do not have scaling tech. And fsr2 comes really close to dlss

Testing this combination with1080p is pretty pointless. With an 11400f or 12400f paired with a 6700xt, there will be a bottleneck on cpu heavy games. Testing it on 1440p should eliminate this bottleneck even on cpu heavy games.

what i meant is playing on 1080p is pointless on a few games. its a 1440p set up. i have an itx build with 11400f and a red devil 6700xt and a 1440p monitor. on 1080p i already have bottlenecks in some games. and yes tdp for the cpu is changed in the bios. so a 1440p monitor is recommended for this combination to get the gpu to full usage.
