I have a problem, the earbuds itself is not charging. The case itself is charging(idk but when its connected to an eletric outlet the red light is not flicking, it just stays red) but it's not transfering to the earbuds, and if I did the one with just the case itself, the light will flash blue once then the earbuds flashes also then the lights turned off without actually charging.

Do not use 12v!! You can use a normal cellphone to charge this. It only needs 5v.
