Yeh I just picked between sf6 and mw3 a few days ago. Got sf6 for now and its good, but mw3 looking nice too. Maybe in the future Ill pick it up, but 2 games for $130 (excluding taxes) was crazy.

Classics just have more damage per each hit. So modern makes sense only for something like Gief, and even then classic has higher ceiling.

Classic Ryu is easy to learn but hard to master. I think the players Justin encountered earlier were maybe in the middle point of learning the game. In order to be great with Ryu on classic controls, you gotta learn the game extremely well and be better than anyone else at it and be good at playing mind games. Edit: in other words you gotta think like Ryu. He’s middle of the road on purpose. Easy to learn, but hard to master.

Seriously. The hit boxes on every character in this game is an absolute mess and needs cleaning up BADLY. Really badly. HIgh, lows and mids are not distinctive enough. Boxes expands beyond certain characters while being too favourable to other characters, and so much more. YOu cannot play with a strong strategic mindset (almost like virtua fighter) due to the hitboxes mess. Surely you see this too, Justin Wong. Evidence is plagued thoroughout thaty video. Clean up the hitboxes and you'll be shocked how much the game will immensely improve.
