I use home made ghee or coconut oil, never ever used caster oil. Will give it a try. Caster oil was given to me by my parents every month for stomach cleansing.

Telugu li chirri leaf antamu my favourate leag vegetable receipie.it is very testy and very healthy. Now a days costral oil use only vehicle repair.that is too bad.costrol oil healthy for foodand ancient days use infant babies also. Oh man ! So beautiful and simple and Ilike the click clack rapid lightning of the gas burner Are you cooking in a clay pot ? Because I have two frypan made from aluminium coated with ceramic and this is not healthy at all the ceramic is going out and when I see all these people in India cooking in aluminium and the more wealthy cooking in Téflon coated pan,it’s not good and I thought to go for cast iron or stainless but I never thought to use those pottery Isee along the road and in marketplace ,do you have any advice about that?

To me it looks like a different version of dal with greens.usually we add dal, tomatoes, green chillies, green leafy vegetables in the pressure cooker and when they are done we add thadka with mustard seeds,jeera, dried chillies,curry leaves.tamarind is optional.in the same way we can try with a variety of vegetables.it will be good with rice and rotis.
